Inside the New Modular Home Factory on Westerville Road
Workers are busy again inside the vast complex of interconnected buildings near the corner of Westerville and Innis Roads. Once home to a large store and warehouse under the Schottenstein’s (and later Value City) name, the buildings are now full of housing modules in various stages of completion.
